Train cemetery — Uyuni, Bolivia
I feel terrible today, I barely slept last night due to my throat its killing me so sore, I was warm at least so warm that I had to take my hat and gloves off last night. I think that mst of us are feeling like **** though, Soli is being so lovely trying to make me feel better! I hate being ill! Hoping once we get out if the dusty environment it will clear up. Breakfast was awesome pancakes and fruit with yoghurt best one yet and it was free, happy times. Sat in the hotel enjoying a bit of down time before we go for dinner at a pizza place. We had a good day though lots of driving we started first at the red lagoon which is spectacular. Its huge and the water is a bright red due to the bacteria In it, flamingoes live on it and there are frozen parts making the white contrast with the red. Driving was good fun even got to listen to my tunes on the way bonus. We also stopped at the train graveyard which was so cool, I was expecting just a few trains but there were loads so had fun climbing on/in them and exploring. There was swims and a see saw too randomly, like a really dangerous park. It was fun scaling the trains and a but scary making it more fun, I scared Yemi a few times. Also managed to get a nut from the train, after ages pulling at them I found one yay so I have a piece of that too to add to my stone from Machu Picchu and a lump of salt from the plains. We got very very dusty and dirty so glad to be back at the hotel to shower at last! I'm feeling a bit sick now, I want to throw up but it's not happening which sucks, I want to get rid of whatever's making me feel ill before pizza! Not a lot has happened today mostly driving but visited some great places got loads of pictures! And yay wifi tomorrow...I hope. Just got back from having pizza, and nachos and salad and brought a Cooke back for tomorrow's bus ride. I have decided I have a cold not just a sore throat, the mornings and evenings are the worst as the air is o cold and dry here not nice. Caroline is bringing me some cough medicine which is nice, we are a very caring had sharing group it's nice :)
